Diplomas

The Office of the University Registrar orders diplomas at the end of the term for all students graduating that term. Schools and departments post final grades that determine if a student has met the requirements to graduate and receive a diploma.

Graduates will not receive their diploma at the Recognition Ceremony. The Office of the University Registrar mails diplomas approximately eight weeks after graduation to the address entered on a student’s degree application.

Diplomas are mailed to the graduate’s diploma mailing address as it appears in ONE.UF . Students are responsible for correcting or updating their diploma mailing address no later than one week prior to graduation.
